Redesigned login screen: access via Connect has priority over native users.

At Richmond Studio, we’re optimizing the login experience. As part of this improvement, the login screen has been redesigned to give priority to access via Connect.

What’s new with this update?

The new login screen has been simplified to clearly and directly present two access options:

Access via Connect:
This method is the most recommended for institutional users. With just one click, the system redirects to the Connect portal, where users can log in using the unique credentials provided by their educational institution.

Native Access:
Users who are not yet integrated with Connect can still access the platform using their traditional username and password.

Advantages of prioritizing access via Connect:

• Greater security
• Institutional integration
• Faster access

What should users do?

Students and teachers who are already part of institutions integrated with Connect will see this option as the default and will be able to use it right away.
