New Feature for the CTM Role: Search by Email ID

At Richmond Studio, we continue working to provide more efficient, intuitive tools that meet the needs of our users. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new improvement for the Country Training Manager (CTM): you can now search for users using their email address!

What does this mean?

Previously, searches within CTM were limited. With this new feature, you can now enter a user’s email address in the search field and find them in seconds, making tasks such as the following much easier:

• Account verification
• Editing permissions or roles
• Managing assigned classes and products

Who benefits from this update?

This improvement is especially designed for:

• Country Training Managers (CTMs), who manage a large number of users.
