A global view of academic performance from day one
At Richmond Studio, we develop tools that help educational institutions make more informed decisions to strengthen their teaching strategies from the very beginning of the school year. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the Diagnostic Test Report by Institution—a report designed to provide a broad and detailed view of student performance at the start of the academic cycle.
What is the Diagnostic Test Report?
It’s a report that shows the results obtained in the diagnostic tests taken by students. This report allows teachers to analyze the overall class performance and helps establish a solid starting point for the academic year’s pedagogical planning.
What information does it provide?
The Diagnostic Test report displays the scores obtained in both the entry and exit diagnostic exams. This allows you to assess the students’ level at the beginning of the English course (Entrance Test) and compare it with the level achieved at the end (Exit Test).
The report displays students’ levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
CEFR Levels:
- Pre-A1 (pre-beginner)
- A1 (beginner)
- A2 (elementary)
- A2+ (elementary +)
- B1 (intermediate)
- B2 (upper-intermediate)
- B2+ (upper-intermediate +)
It also compares the initial and final levels, as well as the percentage scores at the beginning and end of the course.
A chart shows the average percentage scores by skill (grammar, reading, listening, and vocabulary) for all students with a red line and breaks down the skill percentages individually. A student list displays the initial and final score for each learner.
The report can be downloaded in CSV or PDF format.
